Finally some good service
I have yet to experience torrential rains to really test the works but it rained somewhat since my roofs were fixed and I do not see a drip anymore so I suspect the job was well done. I don't usually make the effort to write reviews unless it is a complaint but dealing with this company (and Mark) was a breath of fresh air compared to some other services experienced in cape town. Their quote was not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Their warranty was reliable because they have been around for decades. And when I asked them to come back to paint over some minor drips they came without question. So far I have only words of praise for this company. No stress and a neat proper job.

13 Sept 2020, 14:57UPDATE 6 WEEKS LATER: 2 weeks after the repair it rained very heavily and I noticed that the two major leaks that instigated the whole repair job are still leaking like before! I immediately contacted the company and they assured me they will come out to right whatever wrong they did. 3 weeks later I inquired and they explained that due to the rain they could not come but they will be coming this week, when no rain is forecast. It is now the end of the week, Sunday, and they have not come despite two methods to electronic/phone methods to reach me. So right now I am not a happy client. In good faith I paid the invoice in full immediately when the job was done and I endeavoured to write a favourable comment on Hello Peter, because I felt good people with good energy should be acknowledged. But now I'm confused. Why did the repair job not survive the first rain and why must I 'chase' to have the workers come back and fix what was supposed to be fixed six weeks ago?
