Poor work and late

Their quote stated 4-5 days to do damp proofing. They took 9 days due to equipment breakdown and lack of staff. The quality of the plaster finish is very poor. It has lots of bumps and hollows, does not match the thickness of the plaster removed and plaster damaged in the removal was never fixed. The uneven texture means I will have to layer paint properly for the wall not to show the rough and dent filled surfaces.
