Terrible hospitality Service - refusing ti refund

<p>Did not accomodate my guests. after argument they agreed to refund them and changed after an hour. court order obtained still want to refund them 50%. For what i dont know because they did not render any service. They are very rude and have no customer service and lack people s****s. They are taking advantage because my guests are from Botswana</p>
