Worst service

I graduated in 2020 and on my letter of completion my credits were not noted. I went to the campus (Braamfontein) and the academic manager was not there to assist! I got his email, emailed him even followed up on my email. There’s no luck on getting helped! All I need is my credits to noted on my Letter of completion so that I can apply for my SACE certificate! There’s no Damelin number that goes through. I don’t even know what to do anymore!
