Worst Institution!!!!

The worst when it comes to communication. i app**** to deregister from the institution but now they say i owe them over R18 000 but I am enrolled to another institute. When i try to enquire I'm always told that they waiting on head office but they cant give me a specific person i can deal with to remove my name as a creditor. Now i have a bad credit score just because of them.
