worse customer service from Damelin Braamfontein College

the customer services I received from Damelin Braamfontein is ridiculous attended short course in April every body got their certificate except for me. the sad part is that I don't even owe them any money my schools fees was paid in full by company , I called them all the time to find out what the feed back regarding my matter, last week I received

an email: Our National office had shortages in material which have since been rectified, they will release your certificate as soon as possible

this does not make sense to me for 8 Months this is the message I got from school what does this mean, for such a big college with so no many branches all around Gauteng . I am very very disappointed to think I also recommend this college to everyone I know because of the excellent service it used to provide in 2003 and 2004 when I attended there , now is all about money and the number as student I feel like a number that was there to increase or achieve their stats the purpose to study is empower your sels and be proud of your achievement I passed but I have nothing to show for , don't think I will ever ever attend to this college ever in my life
