WHERE IS MY REFUND DAMELIN?

I am struggling to get back my refund of R13 132 from Damelin.<br> Last year my fees were paid up the full amount , before i was paying for my fees until i got a bursary<br> They gave me some forms to complete ( the refund forms) and i attached everything that was required, it was on the 22nd of October 2015, they told me that their turnaround time is 90 days, I've called damelin call centre several times this year , and they told me that my 90 days is over then they will escalate the query to the finance department, every time i call they told me the same thing.<br> What must i do to get my money back , they don't seem to take anyone serious. Damelin where is my refund?
