Waiting for certificate

My wife has wrote her last exam in December 2019 with Damelin school of banking.She was told to make the full payment otherwise she could not write her last exam.Payment was made and she received results stating she passed.We have been waiting ever since to receive her certificate.We send emails with read receipts and all that happens is the emails are read and no response
