Very bad service

I was at Damelin 2019 with FET Project Managment and they let me know what the final results back this year, They emails us in July about the certifacates and say it going out for printing and it is still printing the certiificate. They have everytime problem with something. We paid them R 10300 to study again there last year December, I change my mind to I do out of Damelin because they change our marks and to failing thing, and if you ask question you are a bully. The marks change 20% lower. So form March till now we wait form them to give the money back. They let us know on the 5 November they will give back the money but they never do it. If we call them it is like the line is busy everytime. They have very bad service. I can not rute them as 1 but -5 so bad are they.
