Very bad Customer service - don't recommend them at all

My wife and I did an Introduction to Web design - Damelin Certificate in 2019 December at Randburg, Johannesburg, and we completed it. However we have not yet received our certificates yet. When they tell you they will call you back they wont. When I call thats when they act like something is being done while on the phone. After a Back and forth for 5 months, we have been told the issue is with SETA or sometimes someone who is on leave.
