useless on different levels

ive chose damelin to complete a short course which is being sponsored by my company i was initially dealing with Lee Xulu who seemed not so much interested in assisting me i called in to complain and was then being assisted by lebogang Rampore i sent him all the necessary documents including the enrollment form it takes him 1 week to respond to my emails as his constantly got issues with his email apparently all i require now is just a invoice ive tried calling in and his never available i spoke to his assistant who went into his email and confirmed that my emails where being received and just not attended Lebogang is really a useless student advisor who clearly is not interested in his work or upholding the name of Damelin ive sent him and LEE another email on friday asking them if they want to assist me or not and have still not received a reply is there anyone that can help besides these 2 empty vessels
