Unprofessional and Disgusting Service

I am so disgusted by the level and quality of service from Damelin college. In last year around June 2018 I registered for the part time IT A+ Essentials course at Damelin City Campus in Cape Town. This course cost my company something like R10 000. After registration we were told that this is not a certification course and that we will only be receiving a completion letter. I remember how the Lecturer had to struggle to get us books, the campus couldn't even provide computers for us to do our troubleshooting. The Lecturer had to make his own way and bring PC's from home in order to assist us. I don't even want to go into detail. It's been more that a year after we did our course and all of us are still waiting on results and letters to be issued by Damelin. I did a follow up the other day only to be told that they are still waiting on the assesors to mark these files. Damelin received everyone's payments that did this course and now they cannot do their part by providing results/ letters. You pay a lot of money for this disgusting service. I will definitely report this to my H.R department and not recommend this institution to anybody.
