Unorganised and confused!

Worst experience ever. I cancelled my contract and followed all the necessary procedure in 2023 . To my surprise I was handed over to the attorneys for a debt which I know nothing of . I tried to explain but obviously none wanted to hear me out so I forwarded all the proof I have as requested. Then I was now handed back to Dameline and now I’m being called by agents who are so rude and unprofessional like Dimakatso who threaten me and dropped the call in my ear. I’ve sent all the relevant emails but still I’m not getting this matter resolved. The agents need proper training they lack humility and respect of clients.
