UNI4 online Damelin poor service.

After paying for the project management course in Dec, I did not get any communication from the institution after paying the full cash price for the course, I logged a cancellation in Feb for the whole thing and understood that I had to wait 90 days to receive the full refund, I've been calling and sending email communications, to this day I have not received my refund and the course I paid for was never unlocked.

I feel I have been more than patient with this and have been told to wait for the longest time.
