Uni4 certificate

Enrolled for a short course with uni4 , had great experience with the course but when it was time to receive my certificate no one bothered , all of a sudden everyone was " enquiring" for me then disappear as soon as they see that I've paid all the money. I had to threaten them with opening a case after 2 months of waiting ,only then did I receive my certificate... NEVER again, and I mean NEvER
