Unhappy parent😡😠

My son is attending at Pretoria campus doing PC support course full time. The lecturers are mostly absent and at the moment they don't have lecturers for some modules. I am paying full price for the said modules but there's no adequate staff. Please also train your staff on how to interact with customers or students, the finance staff is worse especially Londiwe they must stop being rude or treat customers and students as if they are studying with NSFAS because we're paying a lot of money to be treated as such. Your staff is always absent or galavant the town and not doing their job. They are very unprofessional, I'm really disappointed in Damelin as an institution that has been there for years. I trusted you to offer the best tertiary education!!!! 😠😡
