Unequal Treatment from the College

i started a Strategic Logistics Management Course in July 2015, Throughout the course i have received no support from the Lecturer, i asked to change the course and was told im too late as i shouldve changed only when im 2 weeks in the course, so i stuck it out. now im told by the course coordinator that the college doesnt give out past papers cause they use the same papers when people supplement, in that case then i will be given a scope by the lecturer.i then asked the lecturer what the scope is for the exam since well the college doesnt give out past papers, i get a call from the coordinator that the Lecturer will decide if he will give me the scope or not.my question is!why are we not treated equally at damelin?The Lecturer will decide if i should get the scope?based on what?we wrote a test and there was a guy in the class who apparently swapped the answers around and the Lecturer said he feels sorry for him because he works night shift and will give him the marks he lost out on, i also swapped answers aswell but im not being given marks, im not even sure if this lecturer is being objective or not about this!!!im paying R8000.00 for this course but the way im being treated
