Total Disappointment in Damelin

I went to Damelin Boksburg on the 27th of January to receive my transcripts from studies I have done a few years prior and while the people I have dealt with at the campus were very apologetic and helpful they have been unable to get in touch with Damelin head office to get my transcripts. It is now going on a month since my original application. While I was studying at Damelin it was alright, but the moment you no longer are paying them, they seem to shut down and become useless. Very disappointed in the service I have received and I would not recommend Damelin to anyone even
