They say the offer distance courses - they lie, do not believe them they just want to make a sale

I am over this school, in 2022 late towards the year end, my wife wanted to study a N diploma in engineering with the school. We physically wen to the campus, we explained that my wife works full time and cannot attend classes at all, we were told that she would be enrolled for distance/online studies, we paid the full registration fees. Fast forward to start on 2023, my wife gets a time table that says she needs to attend class, we make contact with the GM of the school, a lady by the name of Yolandi and she was the only one who was a great help in this whole ordeal. She sent a mail instructing the Randburg campus to put my wife on the online time table, but she wasn't listened to, start of semester 2 I now get a mail from Damelin threatening legal action because I refused to pay for what we did not agree to? Their accounts department is so rude because nearly everyday i recieved a call from a Nothando Xulu and I explained the same thing to her over and over on email but clearly her notes were not updated. Now we are so fed up I just want to cut ties with the school they say we owe them, how can we owe for something we did not agree to? and why did they list the tution fee as a "loan" to my credit score...I really am over this school so much so I have even sent a mail to the DHET and to the ombud of education, I will fight tooth and nail but I will not pay a cent, this is day light *******.
