TAKING FOREVER TO REFUND MY MONEY

<p>I Registered with Damelin College in January this year and paid the full R27162.35 for the whole year within 3 days of my registration.2 months later i was told that there will be no classes during the 1st semester because they did not have enough students who enrolled so i should wait until July for the second semester. July came and only to be told that the Course was cancelled for 2017 due to the same reason. I then requested for a refund from the Institution and submitted all the documents required and no response was received for a Month, today I followed up on the refund today and was told to wait yet another 90 days because that is the refund policy of the institution. I wonder what their policy says about keeping Money that does not belong to them; I mean it’s been more than 6 months now since the money was paid into the Institutions Bank account and I am quite sure that it has earned them enough interest by now and I am not even asking for the interest, just the amount that I paid for my tuition.I am already not pleased with Damelin and this delay is just making things worse.</p> <p> </p>
