Taken for granted and incompetence from Damelin

I'm so disappointed with Damelin Braamfontein Campus, because since 2012 after completing my marketing certificate and paid all my fees, to date I don't have my certificate or whatsoever. I have went back there to inquire but I do not get assistance. I have not received an sms, email or any notification or update. Damelin is meant to deal with services ceta for students not use (the problem is with services ceta) in not giving me my certificate. IT'S 7 years later and I still don't have my certificate which I passed the course and paid in full!!!
