STUDY MATERIAL NOT DELIVERED

I am extremely dissatisfied and appalled at the service i have come to experience with this *********** college. I registered to further my education on the 27/01/2015 and was told that i would receive my study material in 21 working days. Last week i was told i would receive my material on Friday and still i have not received this. This is my second complaint in two consecutive weeks. The turn around time from these people is BS. I paid my registration fee as required, i paid my installment as expected but i am at the receiving end of **** service, calls being dropped, being put on hold for too long and basically not getting what i am expected to receive. I was told my package was delivered to the wrong person, WHO THE HELL DOES THAT??? WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE ARE YOU HIRING??? I honestly don't want to speak to your useless advisors or agents whatever the hell you call them. Till today after i requested on more than 3 occasions to speak to a superior, none has had the ***** to contact me and explain this level of mediocrity i am receiving as service. DAMELIN I SUGGEST YOU BRING MY STUDY MATERIAL BEFORE CLOSE OF BUSINESS TODAY OR I WILL REPORT THIS TO THE NEWS AND MY LAWYER!!!!!
