Studies paid up front, no books received

I paid up front for two years studies in business management, and was told i would receive my books within 21 working days. I recevied two study guides the first time, and a book list showing all books needed, were out of stock. I followed up and was told their suppliers have no text books ready. Next delivery also contained some study guides, but no text books, or any other info on how the structure of the studies worked, where to start, which assignements are to be handed first, or any other info. <br> I queried this again, and was emailed assignment hand in dates, which were closing that same week. I asked Damelin will the hand in dates be adjusted, as it has been almost 3 months later where i have still not received my books, and they said i need to move it to next semester, which is not fair, as i registered and paid well in advance. It is now three months later, and i still DON'T have text books, info on the diploma structure etc. All i am told is that they books are out of stock. This is unacceptable and bad service
