Students not registered/ Incorrect textbooks

Hi There<br> <br> A colleague and I started the bookkeeping to trial balance course at Damelin in Mowbray. We only received textbooks on the third day and then it was the incorrect books. According to the ICB, Damelin and their publishers ordered the wrong books. We also have not received our portfolio of evidence, which we were supposed to receive at the end of the second day. Damelin has not responded to our calls. I tried phoning ***. The person then advised me to call ***, even though my colleague has spoken to them this morning. We would like to know what is going on and if we do not receive any feedback, we will be escalating this matter to social media, as well as the media.
