Student Support

I have paid my course in full and up front. It took two months to get my texts books, I was the one following up and calling. I eventually got them after begging and going on like a mad person. I have handed my first assignments and guess what?? They have not even gotten back to me about that yet .. Now with my other assignments before I need to hand them in I need assistance but guess what no one can help me, instead they say no call this department than that one... passing the buck along and on one will help. I have spent R500 in just calling them. As long as they got their money they don't care, but heaven forbid someone is late with a payment or does not pay they hunt them down... But if there students and customers call and need help they don't care...Typical if you ask me... Poor service.. Wish I went with someone else now..,..
