Still waiting for my refund money back

Damelin owe us R2500, there was an over paid of R2500, my daughter was studying diploma in financial accountant for 3 years on the 3rd year in 2018 the bursary paid for the fees for two years that were outstanding(2017 & 2018),as well as the money we paid in order for her to be able to write her exams so the money we paid was the 2500 overpaid, and we submitted all the documents that was needed for a refund on Jan and they said the money will be in withinn 3months till today the money isn't in when we called they keep telling us the finance department will pay it back and we called the head office department in Durban they kept telling us Friday they will refund the money months went by till today they still say Friday they will pay but they haven't paid and now they not answering any of our calls when we called them
