Still no reply no phone call no refund! Nothing!!

After sending back my wrong study materials I haven't receive one call as yet + Damelin expects me to do a new contract, No Thank You! I have gone to a lawyer whom I showed my contract to and all mails and my MTN account told me that this is breach of contract. I have paid R8033, to do my Grade 12, and I have to do all the work. The lawyer informed me that I can cancel due to breach of contract. I'm also aware of courier fees that can be deducted of my full amount. As this is not the first time that I have had problems with Damelin (Hello Peter: Bad credit record). Money was deducted off my account in Nov 2013, but due to Damelin's system error you could not pick it up, after I send my statement of Nov 2013 only they could see it, but my account statement shows 20/06/14. My lawyer informed me that Damelin can't say that they don't do cancelations and that they don't do refunds, but due to \breach of contract"you are obligated to pay my money back to me. I have send this via email. Contact me ASAP"
