So much for aiming high and going further

In January 2018 i registered for a certificate in Business Administration Management with Damelin Bloemfontein. The classes were originally scheduled for Saturdays because it's a part-time course. I then enquired if i could have my classes during the week in the evenings, the lady who was assisting me said she would talk to her supervisor and she would let me know if it would be possible. She did get back to me with news that her supervisor agreed so the next class would be for classes during the week. It's July now and there has been no classes so I went to Damelin to deregister, then i found out that the lady who was assisting me was on maternity leave and her supervisor knew nothing about me. So i app**** for a refund and now they are telling me that the process takes about 2-3months. The admin lady who is responsible for these matters had the guts to tell me that she will only submit my forms in the beginning of August, so not only will this take 2-3 months it will only start two weeks from now even after I kindly asked if there is no way to speed up the process cause I need the money to register somewhere else. I went to Damelin yesterday the 19th July 2018.
