Shocking, discgraceful, pathetic....

Was registered as a student November 2014. Still no books. Was told I can cancel my studies, will have a reply for weeks later. Guess what - no response. Not a phone call saying sir you can expect your books this date or that date. Nothing. And still I received an invoice yesterday for payment!!! For what???
