REISSUING OF LOST CERTIFICATE

I app**** for a new certificate as I lost the first copy in a fire.Upon my request I was told to furnish them with copy of Id aswell as affidavit declaring that I lost my original.I did as required but then when I made follow up after that I was told I cnt get the certificate unless I provide receipts or graduation picture to serve as proof.i did the course in 2004 and have no record of receipts whatsoever.I have a problem because I need the certificate to apply for a job.I don't understand why they can't check their records instead of asking me to provide things that I specifically told them that I dnt have.I was told again to search for someone who was in my class then to write an affidavit.For heaven sake where am I expected to find the people 10 years later.I just need my certificate.Name: Ditebogo Khutsiso Mathsa<br> ID:***<br> Course:Professional skills<br> Year:2004<br> Branch:Polokwane
