Refuses to pay refund

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the ongoing delay in processing my refund request for the Damelin HC Early Childhood Development (full time) 2024 program. I formally requested to deregister from the course on June 25, 2024, and have been patiently awaiting a resolution since then.

Despite multiple follow-up emails and inquiries, I have received no concrete information or updates regarding the status of my refund. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable.

I am requesting an immediate update on the progress of my refund. Please provide me with a specific timeline for when I can expect to receive the funds.
