Refunds on hold by Damelin

Only reason they get 1 star, is because there in no zero start option :-( Been trying for over 5 months to get a refund out of them because we had to pay for the new semester as classes had started but the previous semester results were not yet finalised. My son had unfortunately failed and we decided that we didn't want to continue with Damelin any longer. After months we seemed to be progressing (can you believe they advise an 8 to 12 week wait for a refund.
