Refund. What refund?

I wanted to study a course at Damelin where I paid the deposit. 2 Weeks later they informed me the course was cancelled. I requested my deposit be paid back, that is the reason why they call it a deposit? Right? This is now 6 months later and correspondence with Damelin keeps on saying the same thing: You refund will be paid next week. This \next week"has been going on for 16 weeks! Pathetic!
