Refund Still not paid

Following my initial report on Damelin, my complaint is still not sorted <br> <br> It's June 17, and to date Damelin Correspondence still hasn't paid the refund. <br> Their last e-mail to me was on the 29 May as below:<br> <br> 'From: Refunds <br> To: Seema Maharaj <br> Sent: Friday, May 29, 2015 4:29 PM<br> Subject: RE: Refund<br> <br> Good day<br> <br> Thank you for your enquiry.<br> <br> Hope this email finds you well.<br> <br> <br> Please be advised that the refund is in process and soon as the payment has been released, the proof of payment will be sent to you.'<br> <br> This still hasn't been paid and no further contact or feedback has been given. <br> I e-mailed today to follow up what is happening to the refund?<br> <br> The poor service and lack of feedback is just disgusting.
