Refund Pending

For almost a year now we have been waiting for a refund. It has been excuse after excuse and lately your people are no longer responding to our emails and not answering our call. One would wonder if you ate our money. I wouldn't be surprised if you did. Give us our money back!!!!! I have no option to take this legal.
