Refund on cash upfront

In October/November 2014, I registered with Damelin Correspondence The consultant advised i was required to write 3 subjects for my matric. So i registered and paid cash up front. 2 Weeks later , i communicated with Department of Education, and they advised I only required 1 subject. I went back to Damelin, asked them to amend my registration to just 1 subject. In which case they now needed to refund me. I had to continually contact Damelin for feedback or follow up on, registration, books, and refund. Emails and phone calls, and still no assistance from them. I only received books in January 2015 and it was for the wrong subject. to date there is still no refund and no correspondence from them to acknowledge they are processing the refund.At the end of March 2015, i was sent forms to complete to start the refund process, and still upon every phone call weekly and email, they do not reply and respond to anything.
