Refund (Long Overdue)

I'm also having the same problem. They simply ignore your emails as if it is their money and have no idea how hard we work it. Maybe we should call radio 702 they might be able to get through to the CEO since the refunds department do as they wish with our money. I've also decided to involve my lawyer as I don't have time to send emails to their refund department and simply be ignored. I'm also sending a complaint to the Department of Education.
