Refund due

I was so eager to join the college online so I can better myself but unfortunately my job ended and before I could go any further. I called Denise in the new applications department to cancel the course as I won't afford it due to being unemployed but she did not do that. They the debit from my uif which is supposed to sustain my kids till I get another job and now there is no response to emails and calls regarding a refund
