REFUND DUE!

REFUND DUE!! We have called in on numerous occasions regarding a refund that is owed to us! Each time we call in, we are told someone will get back to us, but NOBODY has! We had paid in full for a course to be completed during the height of Covid but it was cancelled. We have submitted a refund request in April 2022 and have not received feedback yet. We demand that someone reliable get back to us. Is this not theft?
