Refund battle

Good day,

I've requested a refund from Damelin on the 7th of February 2023. I was told that the refund process takes up to 3 months to be approved as per Head Office. I followed up regarding the status of the refund on the 31st of May and was told by Cleavon Fynn that my application was in its processing stage, and they will communicate once feedback has been received. I've been following up every month since and received another an email on the 14th of August saying that they attending to my matter. I would like to know what the delay with the refund is and what happens to all the interest Damelin is generating from my money. Will I be receiving that interest once my money has been refunded?
