Refund

<p>I have app**** for a refund from Damelin Boksburg as I have overpaid my subject and requested a refund from Damelin as I have not sign any documents for the additional amount that was paid. The refund request was done on the 29/03/2017. They said that the refund procedure will take 90 days it is pass 90 days now.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned head office in Durban and spoke to a Chantel and she told me that the refund process will take now another 90 days and she only receive the request for refund on the 28th June 2017. My money is generating interest in their bank account now. What do I do in the mean time as I need that money to go study directly at ICB. Will Damelin refund me the interest that my money had generated in their bank account.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly advice what procedure I need to take. Can I go directly to court to get my money back. As I cannot wait another 90 days. And I would like to register at ICB still this year in order for me to complete my Diploma this year.</p>
