Refund

Lat year my daughter wanted to study journalism through Damelin College, she made enquiries and a guy by the name of Setfree Called me in Mid October telling me that she had been accepted, we went to the open day they held where i completed forms and Setfree told me that the tablet she needed to study with will cost me R4500.00. I said to him i do not have that kind of cash he suggested i pay half in Novemebre and the balance in December when I receive my bonus which I agreed to, the end of November I deposited/ transferd R2000.00 into Damelins Account, at the open day i said to him (Setfree) that I DO NOT HAVE MONEY TO PAY FOR REGISTRATION FEES, he said i should not worry about registration fees i can pay for that in January after i had paid the balance of R2500.00 December becaUse payments will only start as of February the following year, then my daugher decided that she did not want to study journalism any longer she wants to work and she will study next year and pay her own fees, i then contcted Setfree who was not eager/keen to assist becasue I think he was not receiving a commission because of the decision made by my daughter, at first he would bombard me with phone calls and E-mails but it all stopped he wouldn't return my calls or respond to my e-mails, I then contacted a lady by the name of Khanyi and explained the scenario to her ,she said for REGISTRATION I WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED R1000.00, THIS WITH NO EXPLANATION..I said to her this was for a tablet and not registration fees, she asked me to e-mail certain documents to her and that the refund would take 12weeks, well it took longer after sending numerous e-mails, i was only paid on the 13th of May instead of the 27th April as per Khanyi, these people do not communicate, the service is PATHETIC, I was refunded only R1000.00 as they insist that it was for registration which was not the case, her manager Joycelynn gave me one phone call after i had sent numerous e-mails, I''ve sent e-mails about the balance of my R1000.00 where Khanyi still insists that it was for registration fee, this is **************** as this was not the case, i expect to be refunded as I do not have donations of R1000.00 to be giving Damelin College.
