refund

I've app**** for my refund in July already, they told me it takes up to 90 days, when i enquired about my progress it was confirmed to me via email by Jacky Malibo The payment date will be on 26/10/2015. Up until today 17/11/2015 I am still waiting. After numerous phone calls and emails all i get is promises they do not keep, I have spoken Tyrone L. Booysen that is the Team leader who also promised that by Friday, 6 Nov, but still waiting. I'm being told that their manager should sign off the refund which is Mr Ajanth Choudhree. Does it really take 4 months to do a refund
