Really - No or slow service!!

Our company has enrolled two students to complete a course on Wealth Management as well as a NQF4 Short Term Insurance Course in 2013. The Damelin Branch situated in Pinetown has managed to remove the urge of further educational improvement from both our part time distance learning, students due to the lack of staff training and not being able to meet their own deadlines as set out by themselves. Our staff only has one module to complete and after careful consideration and 2 years of constant fighting we have finally reached a conclusion: we will wait a further 2 years if they are not reported to someone. We cannot begin to explain the frustrations and confusion that followed after enrolling with this establishment! We urge all future students who are thinking of using Damelin to please think twice, rather pay more with the alternative company and be assured you will receive the service required then to settle for Damelin. We are fed-up and incredibly frustrated and even after reporting the problem staff to management, the matter is still not resolved! we were advised that our assignment is due tomorrow, without the required documentation!!! ONCE AGAIN!!
