POOR SERVICE TO REFUND MONEY

I have experienced very poor services from Damelin. I have been struggling to get my refund of over R3000 for more than 7 months. I was told I will get my money in 3 months after completing endless paperwork (which is already ridiculously long to wait for money that does not belong to them in the first place). What makes matters worse is that they are unresponsive to their emails and when you call you are put on hold for long periods (with the hopes you will speak to the appropriate person, which is often not the case). I am very disappointed because when they want their money from you they are very happy to remind you and pick up the phone. But now that they owe me, it has been quite a challenge to get any type of communication from them. I still have not received my money and thus I am logging formal charges against them.
