Poor service provided to parents at Damelin

Really as a parent , that's paying school fees for a child the service provider at Damelin Braamfontien is so poor. Missing placing fails, to the the cashier the service provided was if their are doing me a favor of paying my child's school fees. The staff throw you around to the next person and the next, lack of information and the cashier that you paying your money too poor attitude treating you as homeless man asking for food. Come to think of it the money in which we parents pay should atleast earn us some respect and great service. I don't think is too much to ask for... But I would like to Thank NOMATHEMBA NDLOVU for a great and respectful service, of the people are dealt with she's the only one that helped. A simple thing took almost two hours.
