Poor service for paid students

I'm writing exams in June. Paid my fees , requested old exam papers. to date I have not receive it and exams usually starts early June.<br> I've been phoning the call center and get placed on hold for 10 to twenty minutes.<br> and when you reach a consultant they tell you the papers and exam confirmation has been sent to you.<br> <br> this institution is ridiculous in service delivery.<br> when they want their money they want it but when it comes to assisting their student they are a epic failure.<br> i dont even think their exam department exist.
