Poor Service and False Promises

I logged a dispute 29 April 2014 to cancel my registration with DCC and I dealt with so many people and to date do not have a concrete resolution. there was delays in receiving my materials and due to that had missed project and assignment deadlines. I kept on contacting my student advisor yet to receive the same advise all the time. I then eventually went to the full time college and the gladly accepted me and during that time I received feedback they will do a fund transfer and cancel my registration so I started attending the classes full time and only to be notified after completing the documents for fund transfer the transfer does not take place and it has put me in an embarrassing situation because my fees was not paid to the full time college. I escalated and once again don't get any priority and I have spoken to a few people from cancellations informing them that they should just refund my money and I will sort the college because I incurred costs of books and now at a disadvantage with my studies.
