POOR SERVICE

I registered with Damelin for a Diploma. I was suppose to get my books in March, which I did not. I have cancelled my course with them for they are no help at all. I have paid for my studies and debit orders are still going off. They put me on hold for 2 hours for no knows what is going on. I just spoke to Nkosi now, that thinks he knows, went to call a manager, I am still waiting... This is so sad... They don't even bother to get back to you.....
