Poor Service!

I have been trying to get hold Damelin's Accounts Department for months.

I made a payment of R1625 last 25 June 2020 to a debt collector called Phoenix Solutions to their "Alrismart Account" claiming that my debt must be paid to them for my Damelin account.

For sometime I noticed that this amount paid was not reflecting on my credit score or account with Damelin.

How do I complete payment if no one ever responds? If you are not wanting any payments why not s**** the account. Wasted a lot of airtime and data wanting answers!

The course was also a sham, all they do is send books and no help from anyone no tutors nothing!

What an absolute waste!
